Stabilising security

Stabilising security across the country through short-to-medium and long-term strategies. The SDP government will work together with local chiefs, deploys security personnel in conflict hotspot, and initiating a state-sponsored long-term people-centred peacebuilding and reconciliation in the country.

Implementation on Science

Initiating, expediting, and implementing expert-driven flood mitigation and control mechanisms based on science.

Housing strategy

Developing and implementing expert-driven housing strategy based on urban and rural planning schemes so that our people live in planned communities with tittle deeds issued by the government.

Education System

Refocusing education system by prioritising creativity and innovation and building more schools. The number of universities must be consolidated and encouraged to increase vocational courses such as carpentry, plumbing, concreting, landscaping, tiling, bricklaying, welding, painting, engineering etc.

Refugees

Repatriating all refugees to their homelands.

Industrialisation

Establishing a ministry of industrialisation to strengthen and sustain our manufacturing sector by capitalising on local agriculture and mining potential.

Property Rights

Encouraging diaspora to invest in the country by ensuring protection of private property rights and compensation of properties or businesses destroyed by any action that could have been prevented or stopped by the government through fostering peace and enforcing law.

Democratising leadership

Democratising leadership and governance throughout the country.

Agriculture policy

Developing a bottom-up agriculture policy to empower youth, women, disabled people, and small businesses. This policy will see 40% of farmers’ grain produce purchased by the government and stored in national silos for export.

Improving healthcare

Improving healthcare and sanitation throughout the country by strengthening primary health care and proper waste management system by providing enough funding.

Infrastructure

Investing in physical infrastructure by building modern road networks, bridges, and dams (for storing water and generating electricity) across the country.

Federalism

Enshrining federalism and devolution in the constitutions. All political positions must be contested and no one leader shall remove an elected representative except by local representative body as allowed by the constitution.

Taxation Management System

Ensuring electronic taxation management system for efficient financial management across the country and exploring new funding models.

Foreign Policy

Reviewing South Sudan’s foreign policy and restructuring diplomatic missions.
